should it be made a condition of entry to any competition that if there is violence or racist abuse perpetrated by any clubs "supporters", either before, during or after the match, then that club is automatically disqualified from the competition and refused entry to any further competitions, until they can demonstrate that they have taken steps to prevent any further occurrences.

Spurs fans are in a no win situation outside the game. This is because the Italian police will do sweet FA about the Ultras, and we are an English team and UEFA couldnt give 2 s about what we have to say.
