Chelsea : A Disgrace

For a club that refused to take away the captaincy from a player who was found guilty of racially abusing a fellow professional on the pitch , they certainly were quick to accuse an innocent man of racism.
Ironic isn't it that the only player who's ended up being charged in this whole thing is Mikel.
And if those allegations that he confronted Clattenburg in his dressing room after the match and threatened to break his legs turn out to be true , then this lad should start getting the same treatment from opposing supporters as Terry and Cole have been getting this season.
It's utterly disgraceful for a club to make such serious and potentially carrer-damaging accusations against anybody without really being sure of the facts and before knowing all the necessary details .
And now that they've hired a manager who apparently knows all the "fahckts" about everybody and everything else , you wonder who's going to be their next victim of such unprofessional behavior.
And finally let's talk a bit about Ramirez ... afterall he's the one who apparently started this whole thing against Clattenburg.
From what I gather this lad hardly speaks a word of english so it's very possible that he heard something that he didn't really hear .
Let's all hope that gets to explain himself to the FA for this because if players start accusing people of saying things that they think they've heard them say , God help us they'll be no player or referee in this country without an FA charge!

Mikel has said from the start that he didn't hear Clattenburg say anything like what he was accused of
**

so who is making it up then?

I have no idea what was said on the pitch, but rival fans always like a pop at Chelsea, and being big ref fans is a knew angle of attack.

If Mikel lied, then he must suffer the consequences, but who knows what happened,as Mikel may have picked him up wrongly.

Seems Chelsea players are always guilty, whether giving or receiving racial abuse.........and before people know what was said,Chelsea were being slated. Why,if not on the wum?

My honest reaction to this all is Mikel misunderstood what was said, but took the chance to have a pop at the ref,and Chelsea were obliged to back Obi.
If hw truly lied, shame on Mikel and no excuses from me.
Hope the ref is ok and gets back to his job soon.

Still too many fans using these events to bash Chelsea.

Have any of you bothered to read the reports..?

As I put above, IT WAS RAMIRES WHO "HEARD" CLATTENBURG SAY 'MONKEY' AND NOT MIKEL. WHEN QUESTIONED, MIKEL STATED ON RECORD, FROM THE START, THAT HE HAD NOT HEARD ANYTHING LIKE THAT HIMSELF.

Lots of ignorant opinions on here being formed on guesswork.
