Lawro has us down for a 2-0 win. - so we have nothing to worry about!
Looks like he has a bit of sand in his lady parts about spurs fans this week...
---------------------------------------------
Tottenham need to win this game, otherwise the pressure really is on their manager Andre Villas-Boas.
Spurs fans tore into him after they were beaten by Arsenal last weekend and that was no surprise - it is just the way they are.
Lose a game when you are Tottenham boss and you are in a mess. Lose three league games in a row, including a north London derby, like Villas-Boas has done, and you are really in trouble.
I don't really get what the fuss is about. They are eighth in the Premier League, when the best they can expect to be is fourth, fifth or sixth. There has been little in the last three or four years to suggest anything different, because there are better teams than them.
Villas-Boas gambled a bit with his formation and his tactics after Emmanuel Adebayor had been sent off against Arsenal, and there is nothing wrong with that.
But his problem is that he said: "I thought we were in control of the game from the first minute to the last", which was a strange thing to say after you have just been beaten 5-2.
West Ham are awkward opponents at the best of times, and Sunday will be no different.
What you see is what you get with the Hammers but I have a feeling Spurs will respond to their problems and find some gaps in the Hammers defence.
And of course, after they win, Villas-Boas will be the best manager in the world.
Prediction: 2-0

If you read the excellent 'Boys from White Hart Lane' book, it discusses a particular antipathy between the Tottenham and Liverpool teams of the 80s.
He is clearly a bitter man, fuelled by past emnities.
He can't wait for us to return to the mid-table so he patronise us all the more.
