It won't change anything, we still won't go over £15m limit we may buy 1 player in january but that is it.

Emirates will be around £25 m a season....addidas should be around £24m a season...sky will be at least £15m extra to what we get now...more if we finish higher up the table.

We have bought shít loads of players in January. And most have been amongst our most expensive ever signings...
You obviously haven't supported Arsenal that long...

Other then Arshavin of late, which high profile players have we brought in recently. Wenger will give the usual, I'm looking for a striker and then say there was no value in the market and instead gervinho will play as the striker

Look it does not matter what deals we get.
Our wage bill with Cesc, Nasri, RVP, Clichy, Song, Almunia. 6 biggest earners was c£132m.
Please explain to me how without those 6 players, and bringing in Santos, Arteta, Podolski, Mertsaker - 4 players whose wages could be as high because of the level of transfers Giroud on less, Oxlade far less, our wage bill could go up to £142m?
It is obvious that Stan Kroenke is taking £15m-£20m out of the club and hiding it in wages.
So even with the new commercial deals, the test will be if we can retain Theo Walcott and less so Sagna. Or the £30m in income will go straight into the pockets of Kroenke.

Jenius99, I think what is more telling than speculating about who's getting paid what, is Kroenke's refusal to meet not only fan groups, but also Usmanov or anyone from Red and White holdings, despite their huge stake in our club, and their attempts to ensure that R & W don't reach the 30% share level where they can access the accounts.

This issue of wages is very serious. Simply because it is by its nature very close to being illegal. If Arsenal were to make large profits and so pay dividends, a third would have to go to Usmanov.
So it is very important to be transparent on wages. It is understandable that players wages should have to remain confidential. But there is no reason why we can't be told the split between playing staff and non-playing staff wage split.
I don't understand how we cannot retain Theo Walcott but have a wage bill of £142m. It does not make sense. We need transparency, the corner stone of good corporate governance.

Wenger must actually be on more than the reported £140K a week
