certain posters on these boards are conspicious by their absence with no lengthy posts concentrating on the negatives about LUFC & NW in particular ?
Is it bcuz against all the odds we won today perhaps?
If we had lost today or been hammered even i imagine some of the usual suspects would have posted a preface to War & Peace.
It does make one wonder.

And not the op but this gem, 'if Eric talks sense then yes i guess we are'
I don't read anything that helium snorting buffoon scrawls in his strange language. I have spoken with wasps with more intelligent conversation.

I suspect he's having a dig at me! Didn't post as a) I was out with friends and then b) my son had some issues that needed some assistance.
It's a great result but its one result. On the balance of the season thus far NW has got it wrong, people from both camps have largely agreed.
I don't actually care as long as we win so well done Neil and well done Leeds United. Lets see if this really is a change in fortunes and results go our way against Leicester and Huddersfield. No doubt if they don't, certain posters on here will claim that none of it will be down to Mr W.

Funny how some say one thing and then simply do another!!!!

Peronally, I haven't criticised NW as yet, but I did say I wasn't optimistic yesterday, but nevertheles that I hoped I would be wrong and that we'd find some of our missing sparkle and win 3-1.
We weren't far off....

Lets not get too carried away remeber Blackpool were everybodies favourites to go up after 8 games this is a marathon not a sprint we will be able to assess the team more afterSaturday. Incidentally I think that Towns weakeness is central defence they are very slow so get Jerome to cut in and Byram and attack them

Colin's record at the end of last season speaks volumes. Slightly better this season, but personally not over impressed. Will he keep his word and be finishing this summer?
If so and we don't start climbing the table rapidly before Jan, shouldn't the new owners bring in someone who will be long term, and give them a chance to build a team for next season.

And if he performs to expectation and the level he tells us he can, then why not keep him? However, thus far results have been poor even with the better players during last season.
If we are still inconsistent mid January he should go.
