get the first 10 overs out of the way with the seamers, soften the ball up a bit and then get swanny and monty on, give KP a few overs aswell as he can turn the ball a hell of a lot

Very poor performance by the tail....Pietersen and Cook laid the platform and the last 6-7 players couldn't even lend a hand.....should of been a 150 lead in order to put this match beyond doubt..

Agree like I was saying Prior s run out was very poor when there was never a run there but tailenders were very poor today and again thought broad was poor

Tailenders were poor but you can't expect anything from Monty or Jimmy, and Swann was unbeaten.

Broad is the biggest worry. Ineffective with the ball and unable to dig in and keep his wicket with the bat.

Prior is such a good batsmen but he is annoyingly prone to run outs.

tailenders cant do jack in these pitches. so stop expecting a lot from them. u need to have a very sound technique and even the most experianced found it hard to put up a fight.
