Basically Anderson's performance was so impressive that he's earned a place in the team for the next game.
Nothing to do with being eased in, or being fully fit or anything else.
Basically up until now in Sir Alex's mind Anderson hadn't done enough to earn a place in the team, that's why he hasn't been playing.
