However surely they all can't be? Here's my summary on the top 4 + Liverpool.
Arsenal,
The English Barca! Well without the trophies, were a force in Wengers early years but now??? No not now, they are in danger of being labelled a selling club.
Good team but not the best, maybe can come back to former glory.
Chelsea,
Frequent managerial changes, ageing team & no real history. Owner isn't afraid of spending big, aka Torres.
Good team but not the best.
Liverpool,
Return of the Messiah on the form of chequebook Kenny, haven't been a force for a considerable time. In fact last won the league 20+ years ago.
Good team but likely to slip into further mediocrity.
Man City,
After many years in the wilderness they emerge thanks to buying everyone,
Will claim they are a massive club but no substance to support as yet, Mancini seems to have control issues, way too many hot headed individuals.
Potential to be a good team, however time will tell.
Man U
What can I say that hasn't already been said..... most successful club in English history.
Very clearly the winner here, head and shoulders above everyone else.
Everyone thinks their team is the best.....

ok Chelsea do have history but no more than say Aston Villa or Spurs.

Chelsea have a history as much as any club.
What you mean I think is that you think it isn't a very glorious history compared to some.
I have to agree with you.

Still think arsenal have the best first 11. If only we strengthen the squad we could be right up there.

And so does Wenger.
This is why you haven't won anything in the last 6 years.

Not really, our first 11 is not often all fit at once for an extended period of time. Our winless streak is nothing to do with the quality of our first 11, its because of a weak squad that cant cope with injuries

and that, when fit, your first 11 just isn't good enough. Especially at the back, in goal and up front. That's probably why your midfield are all now currently negotiating their separate ways out of Highbury.
Everybody knows what Arsenal are crying out for except Monsieur Wenger and most of their supporters.
I thought delusion was a Liverpool trait.

Yeah even our first choice defence is a bit dodgy (but our main problems come when squillaci plays), but our first choice midfield - song, wilshere, fabregas - is excellent, as well is our strike force - robin van persie, nasri, walcott.
Its clear arsenal always struggle when we get injuries, when we had a fit first 11 last season (late december through to the start of february) we looked very much the best team in the premiership. I suggest you do your research instead of making silly assumptions

you cant blame the last 6 years on injuries.

Im not blaming it on injuries, its our fault we dont have a strong enough squad. And our first 11 has hardly been the same over the last 6 years

there is NO way Arsenal have a better first 11 than any of the others, that is utter nonsense.
Only a couple of the Arsenal midfield is worthy of getting into the United team, the rest of the top Arsenal players would maybe make our squad.
