FACTS
Tottenham have won three of their last four matches against the Reds, including a 4-0 triumph last season when Liverpool had both Martin Skrtel and Charlie Adam sent off.
The two sides met on this date at White Hart Lane two seasons ago, with Spurs prevailing 2-1 thanks to Aaron Lennon's stoppage-time winner.
Liverpool's last win at Tottenham was during Rafa Benitez's reign as manager, a 2-0 success at the end of the 2007-08 campaign.
Tottenham's victory over West Ham on Sunday was their 300th in the Premier League era - they are the fifth club to achieve that landmark.
Liverpool enter this match on an eight-match unbeaten run (W3, D5). Their last defeat came at home to Manchester United on 23 September.
The Reds have drawn seven of their 13 games this season - a league high along with Stoke.
Sunday's goalless draw at Swansea was Liverpool's first clean sheet away from home this season.

Good results elsewhere. Neither Everton or Arsenal beat each other, West Brom lost, Chelsea dropped points.

Weare - don't agree Liverpool played well at all - we were in total control at 2-0 and just needed to take control of the tempo a bit more. Instead we continued our headless chicken routine and it may well have cost us.
We needed a few cool heads out there tonight after we built a decent lead and I didn't see one. Lloris was closest for me.
Still, we won

Sorry Kimchi,
but he must have been mature for his age when you were conceived lol. They do put us through the mill more often than not.

Spurs let them back into the game. Should have been done and dusted.
Still very poor CM. But Dembele will soon get back in the groove.

Morse - was just a joke buddy, apologies to anyone if it was in poor taste I tend to have a few beers when I watch us (only way to struggle through with our kamikaze play!)
Another win Touch and go at times, but 3 points thank you very much
