I would much rather watch the premier league than La Liga. Whats the point in watching barcelona you know they will win, that league is already over. The premier league is so unpredictable, thats what makes it great anyone can beat anyone, all away games are tough

I do love La Liga. Do you remember about 3 seasons ago when Real were like us this season and coming back to win nearly every match they played? It was crazy how many last minute winners they go. In the end Barca won the league but it was quite close!

Fair enough RBW, I think quality is the definition of the best but I understand your point.

Some of the prem games are so dull though. Games outside of the top 2 are actually a fantastic spectacle. Depends what you prefer I guess. I've always been a fan of skill, technique and passing football. It''s why I loved watching Henry's Arsenal, even though I wanted them to lose every game.

I still quite enjoy watching Serie A. Even if it isn't to the standard of previous years.

I do rob. Or the season they beat Barca on head to head. Thought that was a bit of a joke really. Barca had a goal difference over 20 more. Never been a fan of head to head.

They do have the legend that is Del Piero in that league though. One of my all time favourite players.

Stretty, I meant in the prem. No teams in the prem come near Madrid and Barca.

I can agree that the quality of football on offer in the prem isn't at the same level but this belief that teams who can't defend for toffee would walk the Prem is garbage.

Whilst this may be true I think same can be said about City who have been painfully average this season but are still right up there.

I do fear playing then in couple of weeks time, I can just see them being much more up for it.

man city relied on soft oenalties to bail them out to get draws against dortmund and real madrid. To be honest Real madrid and dortmund and even ajax made man city look like a relegation struggling side who got a lucky result.
