Thoughts?
Leicester are a defensive team and that has put them in a good position this season. However, I don't see them going up this year. We've been so inconsistent - one week we look very tight at the back, the next we look more gung ho than the Blackpool side from two seasons ago in the Prem. It;s not sustainable and we need to decide what sort of team we are.
I've been looking at attendances and it's great that we're getting some good crowds this year. Is this because there is a more of a feel good factor or is because there are more promotions? Either way, I don't care as it's great to fill the ground more. I'm very impressed with Brighton's attendances. If you look at it, they're probably the 'smallest' club in the division when you look at their history. But they're punching above their weight and will probably be a Prem team within 3 years.

Don't agree about Brighton, they've got a good manager, a nice new stadium and are packing it out. They might be riding a bit of a feel good wave but are in a good position and their catchment area is as good as anyone's - they're a big city and their local rival is Crystal Palace for crying out loud!

So what exactly don't you agree about Brighton?

Don't disagree with what the stats are saying but having seen the goals from Tuesday at Ipswich the defending is in excusable. Complete lack of communication for first goal (reminded me of Shilton and Needham in league final loss to Wolves), extremely dodgey penalty, but the defender didn't react any where near quickly enough, and the third goal was just another comedy of errors. With defending like this we'll be lucky to make mid table, nevermind the play offs. First rule of defending is not a difficult one to interpret, IF IN DOUBT PUT IT OUT.
it really is that simple.

Don't agree that they're punching above their weight. I think they've got as good a set up as anyone and better resources than most.

we started off well defensively then due to injuries we are now leaking awful goals left right and centre. we need ayala, halford and hutchinson back sharpish
