I've watched him play in the reserves, in the first team and the under 21s for Portugal. I can assure you, no donkey plays for the Portuguese team at that level.

He has pace, strength and an eye for goal. He also has a variety of tricks and a fierce shot and scored a volley in the reserves Scholes would be proud of.

What I do not understand is him being slated for a bad game but not praised for a good game.

He was excellent in preseason and I watched him live at Pittodrie stadium where he gave Aberdeen the run around.
