the money available will be to the penny, as much as an equity company believes is the least amount they can spend to get a decent and quick return..
equity companies do not do "long haul" investment...
should a reasonable "investment" not get a quick enough return then the "assett" is stripped and sold in parts to recoup any monies paid by the equity company..
thats what they do, because its a football club makes no difference, they unlike the chelsea man and the man city man are not trying to buy themselves into society/respectability in this country, they are in it for profit alone..
