Evening fellow Wanderers.
Having taken the three points from Ewood and just as importantly putting in a solid performance, will this be the first time Dougie doesn't pick the team from the Golden Gamble tombola drum?
In particular, the midfield conundrum ( perm any four or five from Andrews, Eagles, Mavies, Spearing, Petrov, Chungy, Pratley, Afobe, Ream!) seems to have been driving his Douginess round in circles.
Maybe with Mavies missing out at Blackburn Freedman has stumbled on a combination that works for him.
As has been proved countless times in more prestigious teams, simply accommodating the best footballers doesn't always make the best team.
Ideal opportunity at home tomorrow to put on a really sound performance and build on that derby victory, making the new managers start into an impressive run.

It wouldn't surprise me if Mavies comes on from the bench tomorrow. Unless of any injury or tactical plan IMO we should stick. COYWM
