Alex Kacaniklic and Bryan Ruiz are still out (hamstring), as is Simon Davies (hip), while Brede Hangeland serves out his three-match ban.
Tottenham defender Steven Caulker has overcome illness after missing the midweek win over Liverpool.

To be honest Grand there's no point in me debating this with you if you've made up your mind already, I made that mistake with Chicken.
I see what you're saying about some fans going overboard but they're happy, these things will happen.
Whatever your opinion on him it worked today, and the players looked up for it. 9 points in a week will do me.

Fulham weren't up for it. They had 11 men behind the ball at home, with Defoe up front there's no point swinging crosses in so we have to be patient and find space.
After Sandro's goal their heads went down and we punished them. We didn't get frustrated, we kept playing, and we opened them up in the end.
