Another poor result today, but there was some good football (1st half, 2nd hmm). Some fans are up in arms and really voicing their frustration on the team. Especially the manager. Which is fine. But we have to remember that this squad/team is in transition, in other words crap, and will need time to gel together. Some very talented individual players, but in progress/crap team chemistry. Our focus should be on solidifying third in the league. We do not have the squad to compete in many fronts and should prioritize our fixtures. Winning the league was never an attainable goal this season with the change of player personnel over the last transfer window.
I am actually enjoying watching the new players getting immersed in the games. Today we had Marin, Azpilicueta, Moses, Oscar who have just arrived a few months ago play today. We will also have players coming back from loans who also will have to adapt to our team approach. As long as our players are adapting, learning, and improving, i can take these results. Our football is dam good when it flows. But for now we are in THIRD, where I expect us to be. Lets get behind the team and the manager who ever that may be. If its RDM, Rafa, or Roman (Chelsea's #1 fan). We are moving in the right direction. But without the fan support, it makes it much more difficult. So relax and enjoy the growing pains! Shout and push our Chelsea to at least third.

We were moving in the right direction with the fan support, but then Roman decided to sack RDM.
The resulting situation you describe has resulted from that decision.

We all can voice our opinions, throw our toys out of the pram, ect, ect, but no matter what come Roman will still be calling the shots and Rafa still in charge for the foreseeable future.
Its clear the current state of affairs are down to the way Roman is running the club, it has always been that way since he took over.
Right direction / wrong direction , two steps forward one step back thats the order of day whilst Roman has the appetite for football.
His heart is in it, his methods are unconventional and he does make mistakes.
Its not going to change until he steps down and lets someone else run the club.
His son Arkady is on the board.

I am not happy as any other Chelsea fan over the sacking of RDM because it put a setback on the development of our team. But what done is done. We have to move on and support the team. We have fantastic new players and they showed glimpses of some fantastic football teamwork at times. But there is so much more to be done. I rather appreciate them getting gelled in rather than shout "Rafa out" and showing our displeasure of management. As a Chelsea fan you have to accept the swings and roundabouts of Roman.
