I have never put a name on who will replace our aging Frenchman but today I am going to suggest a name know to all of us, Diego Simeone...this combative Argentianian is what our team needs. Wenger is not a fighter anymore, he should just move upstairs and give his reign to some one fresh.
Forget all the flair players we have had since our last trophy, Wenger's task since 2005 has been to replace the imperious vieira. He tried with Flamini, Song and now Diaby to no avail. Our best perfomance have come when Diaby was on fire this season, sadly with his injury record I doubt he will be doing a RVP.
Either Wenger finds that replacement now or allow someone else to do that. This former DM might just solve our obvious problem.

Simeone is a great shout, he has completely turned around Athletico's fortunes since taking over.
Roberto Martinez is another one who has shown alot of promise in the past 2 seasons.

^ I believe he is a rising star who should be given an opportunity at a club like ours.
There is no guarantee it might work, but with Arsene upstairs there will still be continuity at the club.

Bielsa turned around a poorer team's fortunes; then the lad didn't luck out... but the miracle was a bit bigger. Could be an interesting choice tho, but I don't think Simeone's willing to part with Atletico Madrid ... he was a real hero there when he was still a footie player.
