Evening everyone.
Just wanted to post about the situation we are in,its annoying me now.The team is without character,the club,stadium is also lacking something,its painful being there at the moment.
We have a squad that I believe is poor,we lack leaders in all key areas that are imperative in establishing and maintaining an effective spine of a team.Players like Mears,Alonso,Afobe,Sordell,Ngog,Mills,Bogdan etc I want them nowhere near my team in a scrap/battle.Can we sell them can we duck!,where will DF get players from and where is a major headache for him cos these lads aint up to it.
Many suggested on here we would walk this league,I always believed we would struggle,these players are pampered,overated and in my eyes dont look like they have the bark in the dog!.
We will end up another Coventry,Forest,Sheff Wed/Utd in my opinion.
Christ I wish I could bring the spirit of 93/94/95 etc back that squad had so much character and skill to not just entertain us but we believed in em.

Spot on that man.
There's obviously something massively wrong at The Reebok. We all love SKD for all he did in't Prem, but equally we all acknowledged the fat that we are a weaker team with him in it.
And yet DF has had to resort to picking him.
All this guff about our squad being the best in the Championship was obviously misguided hope based out of a belief that we deserved to be a Prem team.
We are garbage.
Look at West Ham. They've got a full compliment of our rejects who weren't deemed good enough to play for us in the top division. And where are they now?
It's not all about money. It's not all about how big your fan base is. And It's not deffo not about reputation and (recent) heritage.
We've got a weak 'keeper and possibly a manager who ain't got what it takes.
Look at Holloway and how well he's slipped in.......

Difficult one! DF is the chosen manager, and he left a much better team, so he must have been promised some money. January will let us know if he has what it takes.

Don't panic. We've got a few really good players. The managers of all the clubs they're on loan to keep telling us this.

Bolton fans are an absolute Joke!
We lost to Ipswich yeah!
We lost to Ipswich partly because of the carp that Coyle Signed. Simply not good enough players.
Should never have got rid of steinnson, should of have signed Danny Murphy, shouldnt of signed Pratley, andrews. Shouldnt have sold Jaaskelainen.
The whole core of the team was destroyed by one man.
Jaaskelainen, steinnson and SKD epitomise what our club WAS about. not technically gifted, but hard working and honest, add to that, a touch of flair (petrov, holden, chungy) and you have the makings of a good team.
Coyle was clueless and has destroyed our squad
