One of sunday's papers linking us with a shock attempt to sign him up as replacement for Nani. Could this happen ? I doubt it very much. Same paper saying SAF in secret discussions for Zaha too with a view to loaning him back to Palace for rest of season. I can see this happening.

He is under contract or another 18 months so if he did turn round and say he wanted to go to united, there are only two options.
A. You pay a stupidly high fee now
B. you wait 18 months and have to pay compensation, which seeing as he is now an England international, will not be insignificant.

He's better off staying with BR over at Pool. Big club with good manager that likes the passing game plus he's getting games for such a young lad. Hope he's advicers are not being greedy prats and putting themselves first.

His advisor is his mum and by all accounts, wants him to move back down south so he can buy her a nice new house away from the rough area they used to live in.
So sad when families get involved and see the pound signs instead of the players long term development.
Rodgers is absolutely correct in that money will come to him, but get the feeling he is one that will get it all too quick!

At seven years junior of Aaron Lennon one would hope there's an element of improvement to come.
Moot point as he is signing a contract next week anyhow.
