Game's called 'Slender' free download,
A very basic, experimental almost, game where you: wander through the woods picking up scraps of paper whilst trying to evade the monster that's hunting you, who gets closer with each of the 8 clues you pick up?

or Amnesia - The Dark Descent:
A full retail survival horror game with an immersive plot and game mechanics surrounding keeping ther character sane and trying to solve a mystery.

To claim Slender is a rip off is very far from the mark. Themeatically they are similar, as they both play on the idea of isolation and horror of the unseen, but that's like saying Call of Duty is a Halo rip off as they both use the theme of war, and are based around Armies using guns to fight an opposing force from another land.

Call of Duty is The prequel of Halo only released after.

Amnesia is a massively underrated game, but for a simple yet very effective game, Slender is class.

This isolation and no weapons approach is similar but apart from that I don't really see how it can be considered a rip off? I really dont

RTM, google and download slender (it's free) and play it on your own in the dark, I promise you wont be able to do it for long

I am already expecting Amnesia in the post within a day. I will give Slender a go after.

Slender's a quick affair, not really a plot driven game, each round usually only lasts 5 mins or so to be fair.

Amnesia is boss if you play it with headphones on,
