Hey! We have loads of cash, and if we wanted to spend it, we could, and we'd blow EVERYONE ELSE OUT OF THE WATER. EVERYONE.

There's a difference between chucking it around, and properly re-investing the funds from sold players.

Why spend big when you can make top 4 every season? Ok city won the league but they like chelsea have mega rich owners who don't have a problem spending huge amounts to attain this, can arsenal really compete financially with those clubs, or do they even want to try?
