What Changed?

From....

"We want to rebuild Rangers but we also want to ensure the club plays a role that is beneficial to Scottish football, the Scottish economy and Scottish life in general."

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18687492

to...

"Feelings remain very raw and it should be no surprise that we feel this way.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20595802

The position Rangers got into was all self inflicted. While the fans have every reason to be angry over the ticket fiasco nearly 3 years ago, This is nothing more than a PR stunt to sell more shares.

Laughable.....

Ibrox.....its not hypocrisy ! Just cos the pother clibs threatened a boycott doesn't make it right to do the same.
I may be old fashioned but I think the best way to support your team, especially one as young as Rangers' current crop, is to go and be vocal not let them travel to a hostile venue and do it alone.

Coop - fans slating gers fans for boycotting when they done the same only a few months before IS hypocrisy. How could it be anything else ffs .

tannadice ? a hostile venue?

3 russians done them

our young players are going to have to face hostile environments one day, we'll spend the next 3 years being by far the biggest contingent in any crowd at any game.

be good experience for them and hopefully it will spur them on.

Ibrox....2 wrongs etc etc . Green was too quick to jump on the bandwagon. He's put us in a difficult position should we beat Utd. What's the next step ? How long does the boycott last ? Better to have taken the tickets and returned them 3 days before the game.

It is htpocrisy tho coop. Depends who we get . We prob wont get thru anyway, we may be drawn at home in the next round. Who knows.

I for one am happy tho at green regularily speaking out on behalf of the club and the fans. Murray n Bain didn't do it.

Ibrox....the fans of other clubs who agreed with Utd /Celtic/Motherwell etc etc and now critise us...are hypocrites, agreed. I didn't agree with them 6 months ago and don't agree with our stance now.
As to Green , sure he speaks out....it's his investment but he needs to think sometimes beforehand and consider the knock on effect of his actions.

Going by greens statement he is hoping its a one off.

Even the statements from the fan group say we should see this as a one off oppurtunity to make a point.

Nothings changed.

Tufty or whatever yer called. The BTC started off the whole series of events that has led us to where we are. The finances were perfectly manageable until the bank lost its nerve and put pressure on Murray to sell up.

It's got nothing to do with your accusations of overspending. You were beaten soundly and it was all above board.

Accept it and move on.
