Well the proof is right there for everybody to see.
Its not like phillips is saying anything that we dont already know is it?
Redmond, mutch and maybe one or two others look promising but who else?
We hardly ever bring younger players through the ranks and make them regular first teamers do we?
Thing is, for young kids now there is so much choice in academys etc in the area for the best kids, and ours isnt exactly top of the tree.

I think mutch looked good for donny and watford, hopefully with him in our midfield we can play football more like them 2!

I dont mind if we stay in the championship i would just love to see blues play some games where we dominate possession and actually have double figures of shots in a game!

Not being funny here, I had my few digs when ye went down but I'm done now. Just wondering would some of our youngsters who need a full season interest ye, in yere opinion? The likes of Lihaj (leeds fans love him), Bannan (a real talent, possibly lightweight) Baker (did ok when we needed a lb earlier this year) Fonz (There's no doubting his skills. He can get goals, though he did feck all at Burnley)

I just figure it could suit us both. Ye need good level Championship players to replace those who leave, ye aren't overly flush atm (according to the gossip anyway) and our lads need first team footy at a good standard to develop. Also ye're local so they'd be nearby for us to check on their progress.
