Morning reds! been done to the death already so il keep it short, but does anybody think/know if Giggs and Scholes will be offered new deals for next season?
Giggs is a club legend but it is quite sad to see him play now. Scholes is also a club legend (and can still do a job for us) but should not be starting games.
Im not going to go into the implications of how these guys staying on will hinder the development of youth or whether we sign quality replacements as we already know this, i just wanted to know peoples thoughts or news.
I also think Fletch looks well out of his depth since illness (i only ever saw him as a squad player anyway to be honest).
Any news on Cleverly or Ando? My worst fear is a Giggs and Scholes CM pairing on sunday!
On a different note, bring on sunday! i am understandably nervous but strangely confident considering.....

ive got a feeling fergie will play a midfield 3 of scholes, carrick and jones this weekend, where jones will be told to keep toure out of the game.

I actually don't mind one of Giggs or Scholes playing in a 3 man midfield, but please not in a 4-4-2, or any variation of this formation.
People have been slating Giggs, but he had a stormer against Chelsea's first team in the C1C, and one Scholes's better games in recent years was away at Arsenal when he played in the middle of a 3.
I think the midfield may be Carrick, Anderson and Fletch on Sunday, which wouldn't be to bad

So do i now, i've just read that Andos out for 4 weeks with the hamstring injury he picked up against Reading, i thought it was just a knock at the weekend but sadly not.
