Hey Ding,

It normally takes me a couple of rounds to get back into European Rugby after a big international session but looking at some of the fixtures here I think I'll be screaming at the tv in no time at all!!

Saints v Ulster - was that really on Friday? Did i miss it or something!?!?

Scarlets v Chiefs has fun written all over it

Munster v Sarries - Yes please!

And surely Clermont v Leinster will be a cracker!

Bring it on!

Ah ha ha

What a spanner I am...I got home late from work last night happy as I had Friday off, and with Worcs being on TV my brain was thinking it was Friday when i posted!!!

Agree about the Exeter fans they're brilliant, they deserve having such a good, entertaining team now.

Let's hope no frozen pitches ruin this fantastic weekend!

Had a feeling they'd get the win, really pleased for them!

Biggest surprise of the weekend was watching Danny Cipriani throwing out some impressive tackles...didn't think I'd ever see that!

Honestly sporty, what annoys me more than almost anything is people who make Henson - Cipriani comparisons.
You see mate, from my humble point of view Henson was always a complete waster who never done anything, not a thing other than kick a long penalty several years ago against England. Cipriani on the other hand had a whole year of being incredible and then the fame got to him. I dislike him a lot for being a red top head liner but in terms of rugby ability. i think that boy could have been great. Could... I say. because his best years are surly behind him. Best of luck to him tho.

Ding mate I have to agree with you there...to be fair I give Danny a lot of credit for going to Australia and entering what has to be a bloody tough league. Henson is a nasty piece of work by all accounts.

So what were your thoughts on the Leinster match? I was at my team's Christmas party so was far too hammered to remember much of the game I'm afraid!

LOL as xmas parties should be!

Leinster played incredibly well considering the team sheet they had. It's a real gritty rivalry which has developed between leinster and Clermont and this time they got one over on us. However we came away with a losing bonus and the return fixture in dublin makes it looks like Clermont will be up against the wall big time.

Clermont were brilliant going forward but at times looked quite weak in defense. I expect that to be fully capitalized on next week. I dont think clermont will be happy with being bullied in their own backyard despite escaping with the win and they know all too well that going to Dublin is a nightmare. Im calling it now Leinster by 10+ Clermont may have the big bucks$ and half the southern hemisphere but Leinster have way more smarts.

Typically going to miss the rematch today but will record it.

Really good break down of the game there, and I agree that your boys will get the win tonight.

Really looking forward to this one!
