Has anyone listened to the interview that O'Driscoll did last night?
Talked about the staff behind the scenes, saying that there are different staff here that the past four managers brought in.
Spoke about the youth squad, and said he has attended EVERY U18's game this season so far. He also paid tribute to Pemberton, saying he has helped bridge the gap and is doing well.
Also spoke about two irish youth player we have on a 'trial' that we're looking to sign.
Nice to see that despite the 'millions' we're still working hard on our youth team, and O'Driscoll is keen to seem these players come through.
Also stated that he is looking for wingers.

In an ideal world SoD stays at the club long term and we build a culture of playing the right way from top to bottom.
We have mixture of good investment from our owners, who have been faultless so far. And bringing youngsters through.
This is what we all want. But the reality is we'll have to keep picking up results as we have today in the short term because the money we're losing each season means we need to get up pretty soon.

I think the Prem loan players are on far more than the new players we have signed. Having said that I don't believe we would have managed to sign either Cox or Lansbury under the old regime. That is offset by increased ticket prices and an increased average gate plus a cup run with a big pay day would be nice.
Make no mistake about it this season is a very tough competitive league. We're doing o.k; if we still had last seasons team we would be competing against Peterborough and Bristol City at the bottom, down amongst the dead men!
