Play via online friendlies, make sure squads is set to ONLINE and 5 min matches
There is no day limit, play whoever you can whenever you can
If the game gets disconnected then re play from where it got disconnected at, e.g. if it was 1-0 at 60mins then play a new game for 30mins and add the other game score on at the end

this could work if you created set games for the week.
e.g. 1man has to play me between the 17th and 23rd of june. if not played then game is counted as a draw
