Whether it's the FA kissing John Terry on the lips with a much slighter "punishment" for a blatant racist abuse of a fellow professional than the one they handed to Joey Barton for pushing and shoving players ...
Whether it's UEFA yet again insulting our intelligence with another laughable "punishment" against racism , this time with a much slighter fine against Serbia ( a repeated offender ) than the one they gave out to Nicklas Bendtner for wearing the worng underwear!!!
Or whether it's FIFA constantly slapping federations , clubs , players and fans on the wrist for their "punishment" against racism in football when they hand out much tougher ones on many other violations that might not be deemed as serious ...
It's now pretty clear to all of us - if it hasn't always been anyways - that the people who run football in this country or elsewhere around the world are just simply not as commited to kicking racism out of football or even have that much concern for it as they claim that they do.
It's rather hypocritical for FIFA and their subdivisions around the world to go on with their anti-racism campaign when we now know for sure that it's not among their top priorities.
And for those people ( myself included ) who didn't think it was necessary for some of the black players to refuse to wear those "kick it out" shirts in the aftermath of the England U21 match in Serbia , well , I must admit we were wrong in my opinion.
I will now support those players for boycotting any of these phony anti-racism events as it seems pretty clear that the football authorities just want a good soundbyte and a nice image when it comes to racism.
And finally to finish , let me remind you all again that UEFA handed out a much bigger fine to Nicklas Bendtner for wearing the wrong underwear than the fine they've just given to the serbian federation for those despicable racist abuse that England young black players suffered there and the horrific scenes that followed on the pitch.
That's really all we need to know about the footaball autorities and racism.
Sorry if this has come out as an angry rant ... But I hope you understand my frustration as a football fan.
Football Authorities and Racism

Its not the FA's, UEFA's nor FIFA's business to be dealing with racism it's societies problem

yes but when it happens in football surely the authorities have got to react ... but they just simply don't care and if you think it's "not their business" then you must be an absolute IDIOT!

Do you think you're going to change the whole way a country thinks or behaves by banning them from playing international football for 1 game, 2 games, 10 games, 100 games or even forever?

no but your answer to racism in football is that there's nothing we can do about it because it's a society's problem?

My answer to racism in football is that people, say you, are unreasonable in expect the football authorities to be trying to deal with a problem which doesn't concern them because bans and punishments relating to football no matter how severe have no impact. What do you expect FIFA to do? Go around educating the world on a problem that isn't there's'?
