This is the first meeting between Wanderers and Charlton since a 1-1 draw at the Reebok in the Premier League in January 2007.
The clubs have met 81 times in history, Wanderers have won more than half of all meetings between the two clubs.
Charlton are on an unbeaten run, sit in 12th place in the table, and are enjoying life in the Championship, having won the League One title last season.

True but 19 year olds sometimes lose that respect when you add alcohol much easier than when your 39.

Good to hear you had a good work night out MT. Mine is this Friday. We're starting in some Turkish restaurant which has belly dancers. Beers round Manny and then the casino. Living the dream.
I'm just pleased one of our strikers scored two goals, regarding Ngog. Doesn't happen very often, so alongside a clean sheet and an actual win, we're probably getting carried away a little.

Enjoy fella.....
The key decision for these trips is simple at Christmas...
Coat or No Coat....
I went with, and regretted....
Go Jumper and Shirt....

Well I'll be going out straight after work so I think I will go with coat option. I don't think we will be clubbing or anything. I know what you mean though, I've had to give it serious thought!

Re: Ngog...his career stats are made to look worse than they are, due to him only completing 90 minutes in 15 games in his career before he joined us.
Ngog started 41 games for Liverpool, scoring 16 in those 41 games, being taken off before 90 mins in 25 of them.
He came on as a substitute in 53 matches, scoring 3 goals for Liverpool.
For us last season, 3 goals 6 assists in 21 starts, 12 sub appearances...goalscoring wise, he didnt do it...but he was the target man, linking up and creating chances, rather than taking them.
This year, he has scored 4 goals, 3 Assists in 10 starts, and 4 sub appearances.
I dont use goals per game....minutes per goal is much more accurate.
Lets not forget how much better we were with him last season...
27 points from 21 games..(only 3 from 12 as a sub)
That means we got 9 points from the 17 games he didnt start in...
He is so important...it cannot be overstressed.
He is wasted on the bench, he is out best striker by a mile...he needs more gametime...for our clubs sake.
