Doubt they'd go back to Guardiola, politicly it would be dodgy. That'll just promote whoevers the B team manager temporary.

The reports are he is stepping down on a temporary basis (so until the end of the season most likely)

All talk at this stage is premature, but rumours in Barcelona saying it's a very small tumour very close to the original one and that doctors reckon they'll be able to remove it and have him home in time for Christmas. If that's so, I'd be very surprised if he was out for any sustained period of time.
