If they were going to fix a draw, why would they make it so obvious as to fix the rehearsal as well?

No idea. I doubt it is a fix seeing as they use a clear bowl. Just the odds are quite high. Even more of a coincidence seeing as they got the home and away draws the same.

Group winners had to be the away team first, and group runner's up the home team.

Add in to that you can't play teams from the same country and from your CL group then it is not that massive a coincidence IMO.
