Have just read we have Chadwick and Gleeson out for over two months, after both picking up injuries in training.
This is a major blow as they have been our best two players this season.
There is no doubt they will be missed and it comes at a time when we were really starting to mount a real challenge for an automatic spot.
Who do you feel will replace them from our current squad, or who should we try to get in on loan ?.

If Gleeson can be back for April and help us push for autos a bit more, that'll be a welcome addition. Flanagan and MacKenzie will be back soon, so shift Williams into midfield and then put Smith or O'Shea into the hole.
Martin;
Otsemobor, MacKenzie, Kay/Doumbe, Lewington;
Potter, Williams;
Powell, Smith/O'Shea, Bowditch;

Hardley a bad team is it?
Subs:
Ian
Chicksen
Baldock
Alli
Smith/O'Shea
**Ismael/Bamford/Balanta/Sekajja
MacDonald
**Subject to loan extention

Not the Xmas present I wanted, they could arguably be our best and second best performer this season (and I'm not sure in what order).
But out of every difficulty comes an opportunity and it's a chance for others. Williams should be an able deputy to Gleeson (with Georgw Baldock coming back from loan as sub), while Bamford (if available), Balanta, Bowditch and Smith have a chance to make the deep striker role theirs.
I do think Winkie should be thinking of strengthening the team in the January transfer window. If we could only get pass Sheffield Wednesday in the FA Cup and pull a big team we would have some money to spend.
