Manchester United signing Bruno Gomes has fired Desportivo Brasil to the U17 championship.
Gomes, 16, will join United next summer and netted a hat-trick in the second-leg of the final against Marília, which was won 6-0 by Desportivo.
The exciting striker, already a regular Brazil U17 international, scored a stunning 27 goals and winning the Golden Boot for the campaign. He's been dubbed 'B9' by the local press.
United enjoy a formal partnership with Desportivo Brasil, whose U17 players scored 88 goals in 32 matches this season.

Another striker! I say leave him in Brazil for a few seasons if he is that specia and get him in a few seasons (when RVP is on the wane).l - look at what Neymar is achieveing playing week-in, week-out!

He's been on trial with us previously but can't join until he turns 18.

I would agree i.e. loan him back so he can continue playing first team football but maybe like Henriquez, he'll want to come to England at the first opportunity he gets.

Pity he will never get a chance in the first team when he enters his 20s as Giggs and Scholes will still be there.
