Blackburn are supposedly interested in hiring RDM to help them seek promotion. This sounds like a wild rumor, especially considering the source (goal.com, but quickly being picked up by other outlets), and even if there is truth to the speculation, it only reflects a desire on the part of Blackburn's owners, and reveals nothing about RDM's thoughts on the matter. Just for fun, let's accept that Blackburn are interested in RDM - should he accept the position if it were offered? If not, to what sort of teams should RDM be talking at the moment, given his past accomplishments?
Personally, I think that Blackburn has been the most atrociously managed (at the executive level, not necessarily at the coaching level) club in top-flight English football in quite a while*, and RDM would be insane to get involved with them, but maybe they're willing to make him a very generous offer...
*This isn't a commentary on the club's fans, who deserve much more competent (i.e. competent) owners.

Sorry it's gotten that bad over there. Have there been any protests against your club's owners' products? Seems like that's the only way they will listen.

At least you don't have to worry about getting Mcleish now.
Good luck with whoever you get but there are not many good managers available

Academy staff Gary Bowyer and Colin Hendry will be in charge on Saturday.
Kevin McDonald and Judan Ali lined up as coaches.
I can't think which manager will want to take control.

Chicken Feed- it makes me laugh reading your post- even though I know it is highly probable. Total insanity.
At least Forest had a plan!

I wish I was wrong! I really dont know whats gone wrong at our club?Everybody of value has been sold off or given away.Anyone with football know-how or Rovers minded has been sacked. We have now a bunch of no hopers in control with Big Colin at the helm.If some-one had told me 3 years ago that we would be in these desperate situations I would have said that they was mad and ripe for the looney bin.I have followed my club since 1964 and seen all the highs and lows,as a Rovers fan,we cant get any lower now than we are-still we can rely on Shebby for the bull to keep flowing.I am disgusted with the whole setup.
