This win was worth much more than the 3 points. If we are to continue this successful run and challenge for the league, I will look back at this game as the catalyst. Turnbull keeping and Webb officiating, this result is a big achievement.
We need to get fully behind Rafa, and the team , surely by now all those still on the fence must start to join singing the Rafa songs.
He knows what he's doing.
Everton were desperate to win this one because of Rafa's old wumming from Anfield. This was a DERBY match for them. And our players knew that to keep the dream alive they had to be winners at a venue we failed to win over four years.
Well done lads for keeping the Blue Flag flying high.
The improvement is apparent to all.
