Smith better than McCormack

Not for me

McCormack is too inconsistent but to be fair to the lad hasn't really had a look in this year, skill based Ross is a much better player but the way Warnock plays football I just are Smith being more his type of player

Would rather keep McCormack over CMS.

Alex Pearce would be spot on - 4th choice at Reading.
Faurlin from QPR as the ball playing midfielder.
Left back is needed but can't think of anyone. Is Lichaj getting a game at Villa?
Striker - Jerone would be good
Winger - Dreaming with Gradel but he would be mint.

Lichaj is a regular at villa I believe and part of the back 4 that's conceded 14 goals in 3 games!

I think Jerome is overrated but we need some pace..

FIFTEEN! Though to be fair to Lichaj, he didn't play against Spurs, and came off at 3-0 against Chelsea.

Fair enough.. I've only seen glimpses of Villa on MOTD and have seen Lichaj playing so just assumed!
I don't think we have a chance with him though.. Warnock will obviously have different targets to what Grayson did.
I don't think we are too far off though and would look a lot better with just a ball playing midfielder
