Is it New Years Day Today?

I was expecting our new manager to be announced today as per the Oracle that is Shabby.

Is it a bank holiday tomorrow as well. Do I need to tip up at work tomorrow or is it New Years Eve tonight?

Looked on Lancs Telegraph- nothing yet.

Two wins on the bounce must be really making Shabby wonder whether we even need a new manager

Walkden nothing surprises me any more at Ewood these days! Two wins on the trot and no backroom staff?I am happy with the wins but this just makes this Shebby charachter seem better and better.Anyone got any ideas whats going on cos I would hate to think in 6 months time people will be talking about Shebby in the same tense as Sir Alex or Bill Shankly. You simply could not make this kinda stuff up,unbelievable.

I do not understand why he makes the comments then does not follow them up. Presumably somebody was waiting in the wings last night and has now been told he is not required yet.

This person cannot have any gravitas to get the job in the first place otherwise he will now realise (as if not obvious) how shallow these characters are.

How many defeats will it need before Bowyer is deemed not the answer?

Not saying Bowyer should not be given more time (although eats into transfer window) but why do they make rash statements and make themselves look foolish changing their minds on a match by match basis?

Thats why its called the Venky Circus with Shebby as Ringmaster.Walkden who knows what logic applies at Ewood these days because for me its way beyond reasonable and logical thinking?

More a case of Shebby being overly optimistic about his sway in boardroom decisions. Apparently there are a lot of differing opinions within the boardroom as to who should come in, then there's the not so small problem of who has rule themselves out an who has actually applied.

Even American politicians cab make a decision quicker than our owners.

Hardwood- I was thinking nobody would be interested in the job but when you put it like that I will do it for £4500 a week so you are out the running.
