Interesting...Check this out. Some obviously moronic West ham fan doubting Redknapp....
Harry 'Houdini' Redknapp & Lampard

Wow this is truly breaking news.
I never knew a single West Ham fan who doubted Franks potential, what we doubted was the ability of any 17 year old to be physically strong enough to play the full 90 minutes of every game for a prolonged period.
Even in games where fans could easily see Frank was flagging the management team of his uncle and dad still never subbed him.
This led to the huge cheer when he was subbed on his first return with Chelsea, which helped kick start the mutual animosity between him and the Hammers faithful.

Oh and funny how this story comes back now, would Harry be trying to encourage his nephew to sign for him at Q.P.R do you think? Using his cronies at The Sun to help sow a few seeds?

I could never understand the way Lampard was treated by some West Ham fans. They made their minds up that he was not good enough or was being treated favourably and refused to budge, even when it was apparent to all what a terrific player he was.
Why else did Chelsea pay £11m for him?

For once, we agree. West Ham fans thought Lampard was being played out of favoritism, and didnt really want him at their club.
They then regularly taunted him with the "Big Fat Frank" jibe, but he proved all them fans wrong by becoming one of the best CM the Premiership has ever seen. In retaliation he kissed the Chelsea badge (why wouldnt he, he's a Chelsea player) & this obviously riled the West Ham faithful too.
And yes myhammers, WHU recieved £11, which was very good money at that time.
