Wenger needs to mix things up abit
The team is still based on players that have left the club (fabregas etc)
John Barnes said 'Walcott is a striker, but not on his own' and for once I agree with a scouser.
He would be so much more effective in a front two
We almost have the perfect team to play 4-4-2 however we have the sick note that is diaby who we can't rely on....EVER.
For this sole reason we need to bring a defensive midfielder in.
One who can win AND retain the ball. Maybe Wanyama? Not many available but a team with a 'famous' scout network should be able to find one
This gives us an ideal team to play 4-4-2

This also gives us the choice to go back to 4-3-3 in play if it would be more effective, we could also do with one extra striker as back up to giroud or Walcott there is plenty cover in midfield/wings with the likes of Arteta rosicky Ramsey chamberlain.
Matias suarez would have been ideal but supposedly we agreed terms for a work permit to be declined in summer
A ball playing striker is essential to mix the game up a bit
Also a winger may be needed as Walcott is playing a more central strike roll so to provide extra cover with Gervinho and chamberlain being the only real wing covers for us
