Fawaz, learn your lesson quickly.

The last two results have been disgusting quite frankly.

However, let us all hope Fawaz learns from this very quickly. You do not get success through sacking a manager who is doing a good job and implementing someone who had a good season about 4 seasons ago and won uncompetetive competitions.

It is causing absolute chaos, not in the boardroom or behind the scenes, they are all patting themselves on the back still, but on the pitch. That is what hurts the most. The players look lost, the fans seem lost. Our momentum and the good feeling generated in the summer has been lost.

We need to get behind McLeish though, I don't want another managerial change for a good couple of years as I am embarrassed over how Forest has been run since the turn of the millenium with our ever growing list of managers. Firing and hiring does not bring success. We are the proof of that. We are probably one of the worst at this.

Now, people may get angry about this, but look at Derby. They have stuck by a manager who has been abysmal at times, made stupid decisions, fallen out with certain players yet he has also built a decent young squad. Now they won't get promoted, but they have the basis of a promotion team. With some investment they can challenge next year.

That is what we need. We need to rebuild our core and then add extras to challenge. We cannot chop and change, bring in loanee after loanee and expect results.

So, hopefully Fawaz can now see what the championship and english football is about. I am not against him. Their family is wealthy, they have experience, and they saved the club from the mire. But he needs to evolve his thinking a bit more and develop patience. The fans were prepared to be patient and enjoy some seasons of consolidation and restructuring whilst playing some decent football but the people in charge weren't.

So please Fawaz, use this experience as a warning. Sacking SOD is causing havoc on the field, combined with the transfer market opening players don't know where they will be. It is horrifying to watch.

It's easy to mock Forest and some of your fans, but credit to you, Redlaw, I think you show more appreciation of what Clough's done at Derby, good & the bad, than some of our own fans.

Redlaw, Lloyd, Caniggia and Strett (on a good day).

Forest: more decent posters than players, and less decent posters than managers in the last couple of years!
