I would love to see the spine of Chelsea FC, of he past decade, be retained this summer but not in a playing but coaching capacity where they will instill the winning mentality to our very young side.
Bring back Jose to work with them and what a back room that would be.
Young, intelligent coaches and in their day the worlds best players in their respective positions.
Bring back the loaned players that are ready and replace Terry, Cole with younger English defenders Richards or Shawcross and Baines.
Then bring in Falcao for Torres.
Sorted for the next few years.

No offence but I'm glad you're not in charge of our club.
Cech is still young for a goalkeeper and has lots to offer. No matter how good Thibaut is, we should continue to loan him out, so he can build up his experience and hone his skills. Could you imagine having David De Gea mk II between the sticks?
Ditching Terry, making Cahill a sub and bringing in Shawcross/Richards. No, please no! What's wrong with Kalas?
Just out of interest, why would you put Romeu? He hasn't exactly set the world alight but he is still young and could quite easily do a job for us.
I'm also intriguied to see that you'd give Marin a chance. I know he hasn't had many chances but I'm 50/50 on him and would much rather we gave his space to one of; Feruz, Dávila (who'll never make it), Bamford or Pirez. Even though the latter two are both strikers.

With Luis being pushed forward and Terry losing pace and spending more time out injured we are looking light in the CB dept. Shawcross and Richards are realist English targets and both would do a job for us.
The clubs (not my) phylosophy of not retaining over 30s has prompted this article.

Without Terry we would have only 2 CBs Ivan and Cahill, I think we need experienced cover in that area unless I'm missing someone.
