I just don't get what Inter think they will achieve in this scenario, I really don't. They are still paying his wages, but not utilising his talent. His contract is running down and will soon be able to leave for a very low fee, or even nothing at all. They would get a higher fee, and get him off their wage bill if he was in the shop window. If he ain't playing, who will realistically bid for him that he would want to join. Very bizarre. There must be more to this story.

I admit to have note seen too much of him but what happened to Yann M'Vila. A year or so ago he was talked about as being one of the next big things. Now if stories are to be believed he is available for about £6-7mil.

I think a player in his mould is what United lack which is an imposing, physical presence which could allow Carrick to shine beside him and relieve him of all the defensive midfield duties.

However, I haven't seen much of him and was wondering what others though. Is he worth going for if he is available at the prices quoted?
