1). I think it is important to establish the rules before the season starts and stick to them for the entire season. Any rule changes should be discussed at the end of the current season between everyone and implemented for the following season.
2). Every manager has a different style. It can sometimes be beneficial to have a change of manager during a season, but I am happy that I have had my team since the beginning. Good luck to them though
3). Absolutely. I hope this is being pursued and if indeed there are issues identified, the powers that be take the correct (and substantial) action.
4). No comment.
5). Yes I would. I have no problem controlling my players, and he has undoubted talent. I think he sometimes is ill advised and needs to be made to feel wanted by his club.

1) Well, we have them sorted as we approach the midway stage of the league now. but anything that needs updating/chaging at the end of the season will be and hopefully have next season up and running as soon as we can.
2) It seems that Sporting's style didn't work for them under TopLad, so obviously changes will have to be made, it is the same situaion for le Thudd as well.
3) No comment.
4) If we have players that are injured, they will have to be replaced by the other quality players we have, but if we turn up with key players injured, I'll be having a word!
5) I'm afraid not. He is a good player don't get me wrong but it's his attitude. I'd be able to put up with it as a manager but I wouldn't tolerate that behaviour and i feel it would cause distraction in the dressing room and distress. Not to meantion the fact that we may be unsettled with him in our team in traning, games and the dressing room.

1) Hasn't been taken into consideration by UEFA or the governing body of the leagues but if we do get emails/feedback on the homepage then we will take into consideration.
2) Very easy to break teams down as you can easily flood the wings and force midfielders out f position to create space in the middle and strikers have 3 choices of defenders to pull across onto. 4-2-3-1 best effective I think.
3) Club loyalty is a big thing at Lazio. I make sure the players control themselves as they prepare for a match, anything heard, they are out. But Loyal?
4) No comment.
5) If this crops up again, the governing body will take this into consideration for NEXT season as we approach the halfway stage in the league.

(1). Absolutely. It would be a challenge that I would relish and it would make me proud, once I manage at International level then I can start to gauge how I am developing as a manager. It would be great if a tournament could ever be arranged, but I suppose there are many issues on the agenda that would take priority.
(2). I think it is a great formation if you have a defence that is pacy and works as a unit, we have used it in the past but I don't like to over-complicate our tactics. If I'm brutally honest, we are a classic 4-4-2 team.
(3). I think for the sums of money they are being paid they should refrain from creating tension within a city like that. But having said that, I don't know how big the rivalry is between Sporting and Benfica and if it has lead to any trouble outwith football matches. It depends on the rivalry, there are rivalries that are good natured and then you have rivalries like Celtic vs Rangers or Madrid vs Barcelona where it takes on a significance beyond football at times.
(4). Let us be very clear here, Anzhi Machachkala Football Club would like to maintain it's business interests in private and we also believe that Mr David Beckham is of the same opinion. On a personal level, David is a terrific person to have around the dressing room and the public have treated him with cynicism his whole life, he is used to it and he is a model professional and I guarantee it will not affect his game.
(5). Well, I think there are some financial incentives but there could be more. I think we would have to look at it next season, it would be a great idea if you could agree sponsorship deals but then again they would have to be under intense regulation and the amount you would receive may have to be the same for all clubs.

2) Pretty much. All we need to do as a team is just climb 1 place, then, we are safe.
3) Really. The Sun is not a reliable paper then.
4) There will be some coming through hopefully. We just need to make sure we stay strong.
5) More teams at the end of the season will be added I'd imagine. Most likely, another 2, but depends what interest we get.

"The BBC can confirm that the league are in discussions with UEFA regarding revenue prizes installed by the end of game-week six, what are your views on this?" (BBC Journalist)
Any extra revenue will be much appreciated by all the league members, myself included. I await with anticipation as to what form this may take.
"Halfway through the season, are you more or less where you expected to be? And if not, what do you put that down to?" (Daily Telegraph Journalist)
I am slightly below where I wanted to be. This is due mainly to having to rush to hospital and missing one of my matches. But these things happen, so I will just work harder to try and make up the lost ground.
"The Sun can reveal that 25% of players involved in this league have taken drugs in their lives, however we have decided to keep their identities hidden. What do you think of this?" (Sun journalist)

Definitely. I have built up quite a budget during the last few weeks, and am ready to dip back into the transfer market for some young players. Watch this space.
"What could be done to improve the league as a whole, and would you propose anything at the end of the season?" (Daily Mail, Journalist)
I would expand the league to say 8 teams for next season. I would also look at doing sponsorship and boardrooms to generate more income possibilities.
