Don't under estimate Sunderland - reckon it will be 1-1

Looks good. a much stronger bench than we had towards the end of last season. i think Gerrard will be on the bench too

I don't underestimate Sunderland at all, and can see them giving us a good game. I feel we have better quality then they do, and I feel they may lack attack options, because Gyan is a bit inconsistent.

Predition: 3-1

Kuyt, Adam, Carroll and Gardiner all to score.

we beat them 2-0 away with a weaker team so expect a 3-0 win. kuyt will get a goal on the 36' minute with a tap in after beautiful low cross from downing, maxi getting one on the 52' minute with a smashed effort just inside the box in off the post after taking a touch recieved by adam, and a sunderland own goal from titus bramble on the 79' minute with kuyt heading the ball goalward after a corner from adam and titus getting his feet messed and in off the shin.

Well if Aurelio was fit I'd have him over Enrique, Enrique is average and has been overhyped completely. If we were to get a left back then we'd surely have to go for a decent one like Alvaro Periera or someone like Bastos who can play two positions.

Same as your team but 4-2-3-1 with meireles behind carroll and lucas; adam holding mid. i'd also reckon back 4 of kelly-carra-agger-johnson. but bench does look strong and if gerrard does reckon he is fit to play i would expect to see him on bench as well.
