Will be the difference to us coping or getting battered.
Man City will play that 5 man midfield and our midfield 3 are too small and lightweight to cope. Our wingers will need to stay back in order to help out our 3 MFs.
Walcott up front is the best option, we'll need to use the counter attack today.
Here's hoping we play as a unit and don't get our tactics wrong.

Mancini have to win this as we do. So parking the bus wont help him to close the gap on United.

Mancini doesn't know how to play against us, they have much better players but get dominated every time. we just need to be clinical.

that's the problem 8bit. We are too wasteful. We should do a "United".

Cant remember which, think when we won 1-0 last season, but city needed to win the game, but still parked the bus! Think it was that game when mancini came out and said they'd lost the title because of the loss.(even though they went on to win it!) I couldn't believe they were still playing so negative, because i think if they attack us, we probably would have lost.
So I still wouldn't be surprised if they park the bus today. They always do with us. Which is odd because i think if they attacked they'd probably beat us each time!

There midfield will probably be
Milner - Barry - Garcia - Silva

Yeah our team is there for the taking this season. If they attack us rather then park the bus, we will be in trouble

Tbf, I think they did try to attack us in the first half, but then in the last 20 mins in the second half, they decided to go defensive.
We missed so many chances though...Vermaelen diverting RvP's header onto the underside of the bar, RvP hitting the post, Walcott fecking up a one-on-one, Benayoun missing a chance when the ball was on the line....it really could and should have been 3 or 4-0 to us.

It seems Mancini fears our past rep rather than our actual team.
For some reason he thinks we're still this free flowing football team which outplays and dominates teams.
As stated by numerous posters, if they actually decide to attack they could have a field day with us. Let's hope Mancini hasn't figured that out yet.

For some reason Mancini is scared of us. I'm really not worried about getting "battered" at all. More likely they score from a set piece and keep us at bay for a one goal win.

We will definitely concede from a set play today, that's a guarantee
