Potential new league

I think we need to include some things the 2 leagues do but also something that is special on that league. every league needs to have a difference

A twist of some sort could be introduced?

What about some sort of cup competition against the other premier league teams that don't appear in the league? and the players who are bought from those teams won't appear in the squad?
