Which Spurs Player Were You & Why?

We all did it as kids, even teenagers. Tried to emulate our favourite player over the park. So who were you?

I was a teen in the late '90's and was convinced I was the second coming of Ginola. Over the park, at footy training - I'd always play left wing and try to cut in and fire home, long hair flowing, shirt untucked, socks around my ankles! Had to be done, the man was my idol every minute he was a spurs player - used to get goose bumps watching him glide past the opposition. Always remember the FA cup game with a then very good Leeds side - Anderton hit a peach but Gin destroyed them, rounded their whole defence before hitting it from the angle only for Nigel Martyn to get a fingernail on and push it onto the post, but he couldnt stop the 35 yard half volley Davide smacked past him.

Legend.

So who were you?

"Hoddle to Waddle to Hoddle...GOAL!!!"

That was me too, my mazey dribbles were 1 - 2s between them.

I was Teddy!

Not much pace but made up with my good football brain and my finishing. Also always good at laying the ball on for others.
