Sunderland 0-2 Wanderers LIVE match thread

Hello all,

I will post the teams and stuff, and here is a place to discuss tongiht's replay at the Stadium of Light.

Guess we're all a bit down in the dumps at the moment and this is reflected in the number of comments in the match threads, which is putting me off from going the whole hog with a full preview for a relatively unimportant game.

Dodgy pen decision for united then justice as shrek missed

Here here Big Sam hits the nail on the head and is brave enough to say it. Refs favour united.

Can't believe BSA gets charged for being honest yet it's ok for SAF to harass refs.

You're not allowed to question the integrity of referees or suggest that they are intentionally biased. Sam knows that, but did it anyway.

There's a big differences between questioning decisions and suggesting referees are dishonest.

Even though it is the truth. It's not that the ref purposefully set out to cheat but that they feel they can't give decisions at old trafford against united that they can against visiting supporters

We all know visiting teams don't get a fair deal at Old Trafford, but Sam knows the rules and chose to break them... pretty clear cut. Just unguarded comments in the heat of the moment. It happens. He can pay the fine out of the defamation settlements he got separately from Blackburn and Steve Kean last week
