Boyd, Burke, Radi and Dex

Last couple of days we've been linked to a couple of wide men - (As in wingers, not Reidy waist wide) and a couple more defenders.

Have to say though Boyd and Burke are ok and I'd welcome them, I not overly excited by them. If AM - who I'll talk about in a bit - has been given money to spend, has he not been given as much as we thought?

I'm not a fan of the Loan system and I've lost total track of who we own and who we loan. Bad English, nice poetry.

Read somewhere Radi turned down a contract and I really don't want Dex to leave. At all. AM has stamped his authority with the squad it appears - Camp, Findley, Derbyshire etc being told they can leave. And McGugan too? Hope not. Tying up Radi and Dex is a must. Contract wise, not in a kinky S&M way.

So AM. Have to admit I was gutted. Really wanted RDM but glad we didn't get Roy Keane. Little gutted that Mick McCathy seems to be doing a good job at Ipswich as well. Think we missed a trick there. I think Ipswich will be this years Reading.

However I remember when we made BD manager. I was fuming. Ex-Derby and trouble wherever he went. Loads of us hated the appointment but he turned it around. All be it he bottled it both times in the playoffs.

I think AM is the man for the job. I think he fully understand the passion for the game on Saturday and will fire up the lads. We might even get a rare Coxy goal. I read somewhere - I read a lot - that we've had a different manager in the last five game against the Sheep. Unbelievable Jeff.

We are a working progress boys. Long term, not quick fix. As long as we're promoted this season!
