thing is,here clearly IS value in the January market, look at Demba Ba for example, are we supposed to believe that Arsene didn't know about his release clause? no, so obviously he didn't want him but really can anyone say he wouldn't have been an improvement in what we have? it's no secret we're lacking in the striker department (we have Giroud and.....um?)
He says that he gets countless calls in the transfer window and we can afford 90% of them, so only 10% of the players available are better than what we have?... not sure I believe that.
